Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings, money, and loose items from the vehicle prior to the appointment.
Our technicians are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle. Loose items may be placed in a bag or left in the vehicle if necessary for cleaning.

Wash & Roll does not provide any water supply, all appointments must be held where there is adequate, accessible water supply (hose is not required). Wash & Roll has the right to cancel and/or refuse any appointment that does not have access to water supply.

 Vehicles should be reasonably cleared of excessive trash or clutter before service.
If excessive trash removal is required, an additional fee may apply or service may be declined. 

 Vehicles with excessive pet hair, sand, stains, or heavy soiling may require additional time and may incur additional charges. 

 We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to the vehicle including but not limited to:

• Scratches 
• Dents 
• Paint chips 
• Worn upholstery 
• Loose trim 
• Electrical malfunctions 

Any visible concerns may be noted prior to starting the service.

 Older vehicles or vehicles with loose trim, worn buttons, fragile plastics, or aftermarket electronics may be susceptible to damage during normal cleaning. We are not responsible for failures of worn or fragile components. 

 As a mobile service, appointments may be rescheduled due to severe weather conditions (heavy rain, lightning, extreme temperatures).
Customers must provide a safe and legal location for service. 

  Payment is due upon completion of service.

 We ask that you please cancel your appointment 5 hours before your scheduled time. Any appointment cancellations made less than 5 hours will  be charged a 10% inconvenience fee. Any no cancellations/no shows will be charged 100% of the booked service fee and will require a deposit for any future services. 

 Additionally - 

• Child car seat removal – customer must remove them prior to service 
• Odor removal not guaranteed 
• Stain removal not guaranteed 
• Access to driveway or parking area required 
• Photos may be taken for marketing 

We reserve the right to take before and after photos of vehicles for quality control and marketing purposes. License plates and personal items will not be displayed.
